Stranded Vietnamese citizens fly home from Myanmar
240 Vietnamese citizens stranded in Myanmar were brought back on a special Vietjet Air-arranged flight VJ 832 which touched down at Da Nang International Airport on Thursday afternoon.

Vietnamese returnees included children and young people (under 18s), seniors, sick people, pregnant women, travellers, university and college students finishing their studies abroad, and guest workers who have their visas expired and labour contracts terminated.
All passengers travelling on the flight had their health checked and were required to complete their health declaration, and they were quarantined in a military facility in Quang Nam Province for 2 weeks upon arrival.
Also, the aircraft, the entire passenger cabin, cockpit and cargo storage area were disinfected after landing.
