Three weeks pass with no cases of community transmission in Viet Nam
Viet Nam has reported no cases of community transmitted Covid-19 for 21 straight days, and the number of confirmed cases still stands at 271, the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control announced on Thursday morning.

Among the total, 131 are imported cases, and they were put in quarantine upon their arrival in the country.
Till date, 233 patients or 86 percent have recovered from the coronavirus disease.
The 38 remainders are receiving treatment in central and provincial-level health care establishments nationwide, and most of them are in stable condition. Sixteen have tested negative for the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 once, and six others negative at least twice.
Meanwhile, there are 20,942 people kept in quarantine at present, including 169 at hospitals, 6,469 at other quarantine facilities, and 14,304 at home.
