The Da Nang Information Technology Park (DITP) Development JSC has poured 2,259 billion VND on carrying out the first stage of a project to develop ready-made facilities for rent in the Dedicated Information Technology (IT) Park in Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Lien Commune.

Once completed, the first stage of the project, covering a total of 25.1 ha of land, will provide 17 two-storey factories for rent with a total construction area of 202,085 m².

Currently, three key projects are underway in the IT Park. They are the 7 million USD printed circuit boards (PCB) Assembly Plant, the 700 billion VND surface-mount technology (SMT) factory to export PCBs and electronic components, and the 1,700 billion VND project to provide safe and comfortable accommodations for  foreign experts working in the IT Park, and to offer services and utilities to businesses operating in this park.

Mr Nguyen Tam Thinh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DITP highlighted the importance of the creation of industrial properties for rent in the city for attracting further domestic and foreign invesment, plus a new wave of investment from foreign investors who want to shift their production from other countries to Viet Nam after the coronavirus pandemic passes.
