The Russian man visited Viet Nam for the first time in 2012. Before accepting an invitation to work in Viet Nam, Kirill Shumeykin spent 2 weeks on travelling through many provinces and cities of the S-shaped country, and then he decided to settle down in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.

In 2015, he and his friends opened their own An Group Company to develop restaurants that will provide great services and lush green atmosphere to their customers.

Several years later, An Cafe Da Lat and Rainforest Nha Trang were respectively set up to bring their customers healthy drinks and tasty food in green spaces with natural plants and trees.

In early 2019, Kirill Shumeykin moved to Da Nang, and he immediately fell in love with the coastal city at the first sight due to its fresh air, beautiful mountains, romantic rivers, and amazing beaches with its clear blue waters and soft white sand. The Russian man said that Da Nang boasts convenient transportation services, with the Da Nang International Airport located right in the heart of the city bringing convenience to tourists and foreigners like him and his wife.

One of the highlights of the An Group-owned restaurant is a free pop up market every month. Initiated by the restaurant’s manager Jimmy Lam, the market aims to facilitate local vendors to sell their eco-friendly products, including handicrafts, souvenirs and organic vegetables. Visiting the market, you will have the opportunity to learn about how to make handicrafts, on tree planting and protection, and more.

The markets, held on 31 May and 14 June, attracted about 500-700 visitors each. It is expected that there will be more such event in the near future.
