Viet Nam reports no domestic cases of coronavirus for 47 days
Viet Nam's National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control said on Tuesday morning, there have been no new domestic transmissions of Covid-19 in the country for 47 consecutive days.

The country has remained unchanged in its case numbers at 328.
In total, 188 of those confirmed cases were overseas arrivals and they were quarantined after arrival in Viet Nam.
Overall, 293 patients, or 89 percent of the total confirmed cases in Viet Nam, have recovered from the illness, and there have been no coronavirus deaths in Viet Nam till date.
The remainder are receiving treatment at health facilities nationwide, of whom, seven tested negative for the virus once, and test results came back negative for 10 others twice or more.
Currently, 7,256 people having close contact with patients or entering from pandemic-hit areas are under quarantine across the country, including 23 at hospitals, 6,301 at designated sites and 932 at home and place of residence.
