Viet Nam reports no new local coronavirus transmissions for 71 days
Viet Nam has reported no new domestic transmissions for 71 straight days, and the country has remained unchanged in its case numbers at 352 with 329 recoveries and no deaths, according to the latest figures from Viet Nam's National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on June 26 morning.

In total, 212 of the confirmed cases were overseas arrivals, and they were quarantined on arrival.
There are 23 Covid-19 patients currently in hospitals nationwide, of whom, one tested negative for the virus once, and test results came back negative for three others at least twice.
Currently, 6,889 people who are close contacts of coronavirus carriers and arrivals from pandemic-hit areas are under quarantine across the country.
