The Da Nang Department of Construction on Friday announced a list of real estate projects that are permitted to launch the sales of apartments and houses.

In detail, the Central Coast complex, located at Vo Nguyen Giap, Son Tra District, developed by the Minh Dong Tourist Service and Trading Co. Ltd. will be allow to launch the 6t^h sale programme with 13 apartments.

Also permitted by the municipal administration, the Le Pavillon project in Hoa Cuong Nam ward, Hai Chau District, developed by Da Nang-headquartered Dat Xanh Mien Trung JSC, is allowed to put 96 future-to-be-developed townhouses up for sale.

According special notes released by Da Nang Department of Construction, the developers of the above-mentioned projects, before selling or leasing unfinished properties, must obtain guarantees from eligible commercial banks as assurances of their financial obligations to buyers.

If property developers fail to hand over housing to buyers, despite commitments, banks will be responsible for returning a buyer's money, in line with signed contracts. In addition, this will help improve the sense of responsibility of investors.
