This came as Viet Nam’s 3085th confirmed case had frequently gone to this market to buy things for her family’s daily needs.

People were required to join the queue, make health declaration, disinfect their hands, and keep a safe distance from others while while in line to get a coronavirus test.

Medical workers asked all stall holders to monitor their health and self-isolate at home, and limit their contact with others while waiting for their coronavirus test results.

The Hai Chau District authorities made a temporary closure order on Dong Da traditional market from 0am on May 7 until further notice.

Disinfectant sprays for the prevention of COVID-19 in this place were conducted on Friday morning.
