Lockdown lifted from 12T3 apartment building previously linked to COVID-19 cases
A lockdown was lifted on Thursday from the 12T3 apartment building on Bui Duong Lich Street, Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District, which had previously been linked to COVID-19 cases, after 21 days under lockdown.
The Son Tra District government sealed off the apartment building on May 6 after COVID-19 cases had been traced back to this site.
Till date, more than 500 people residing in this apartment building have tested negative for the virus for three times and completed a 21-day quarantine period.
According to Son Tra District People's Committee Vice Chairman Huynh Van Hung, despite the lifting of lockdown, residents must still strictly adhere to COVID-19 prevention and control regulations.
For the time being, Son Tra District houses 15 locations labelled as the so-called ‘self-quarantine sites’.
