The Da Nang Fatherland Front Committee on Tuesday afternoon received financial support worth VND 1 billion in total from the Petroleum Company Region 5 to support Da Nang’s efforts in its fight against COVID-19.

A representative from the Petroleum Company Region 5 said that the company’s cash donations show its support and gratitude to frontline staff in the city’s fight against coronavirus. He also remarked that the company’s staff showed their beliefs to Da Nang’s leaders who will make their utmost efforts to successfully contain the COVID-19 outbreak.

Da Nang Fatherland Front Committee Chairman Ngo Xuan Thang acknowledged the timely and effective support of the Petroleum Company Region 5 to help the city tackle the virus amid these challenging times.
