There are a number of high-risk settings in Da Nang, including IPs where thousands of people are working in.
The Da Nang top leader urged local health sector to continue to take swab samples of workers in IPs to test for the virus, and take action to ensure that all people in IPs fully comply with filling out mandatory health declaration form online or in paper version following the national government’s directions and the health sector’s guidance.

Mr Quang said a closure order will be imposed on non-compliant businesses.
Mr Le Trung Chinh, Chairman of the municipal People's Committee cum Head of the municipal Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control, demanded district authorities to increase monitoring of their local designated quarantine facilities in order to ensure a safe environment for staff and isolated people there. In addition, the heed should be paid on tightening monitoring of those in self-isolation at home after completing their mandatory quarantine period .
"Especially, amid the complex developments of COVID-19 in some Vietnamese localities, insisted the risk of transmission in the community is still quite high despite Da Nang’s efforts. Therefore, functional forces, including Da Nang police, must tighten the management of arrivals from abroad and affected localities. All new arrivals must declare their health conditions at their places of residence. Local leaders must assume a key role in managing all arrivals in their localities." Chairman Chinh said.
