Da Nang top leader urges to ensure availability of clean water and create perfect infrastructure for resettlement areas

During his on-site visit to the construction site of the first stage of the central resettlement area project in Hoa Bac Commune, Hoa Vang District, on Thursday morning, Da Nang Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang demanded the district authorities and relevant agencies to take measures to ensure residents' access to clean water and an effective system of wastewater collection, transport and treatment in this area.

Secretary Quang remarked that the nearly 20-hectare new development features modern urban design, and creating a perfect infrastructure should be a top priority.

He also said that clean water and wastewater are very important, and effective measures should be taken to keep them working properly.

Mr Quang underscored the neeed for construction units to accelerate the progress of a water dam as part of the Hoa Lien Water Plant by maximizing the deployment of resources with the current favorable weather conditions in a bid to deliver the project on time while visting the contruction site of this project. The focus should be tightening prevention measures to ensure a safe and secure construction site in the light of the COVID-19 outbreak.

At the construction site of a project to upgrade both approaches to Truong Dinh Bridge, the city top leader highlighted the importance of making the environmental impact assessment of the project to identify the best possible solution for the project.
