According to Dr. Le Van Sy, the Director of Lien Chieu District Medical Centre, the pooled samples testing method is applied.

Pooling samples involves mixing several samples together in a “batch” or pooled sample, then testing the pooled sample with a diagnostic test.

Medical staff work urgently through the night, ensuring that sampling took place smoothly and safely.

At the main gate to the slaughterhouse, all people entering and exiting the slaughterhouse have their hands disinfected hands and have their body temperature taken.

The municipal Department of Health has called on those who have been to the Da Son slaughterhouse since July 10, 2021 to urgently contact the local healthcare authorities for COVID-19 testing.
