Advice and guidance for buying food and essential goods amid Da Nang's stay-at-home order
The Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade is urging accredited retailers of food and essential goods to assign staff to collect delivery order by telephone from customers while the city is under strict stay-at-home orders. The focus must be paid on ensuring enough employees who take the responsibility for preparing and delivering goods for customers in a timely manner in addition to tightening the management of their delivery staff.
People in Da Nang can be able to order food either through the help of the management boards of their places of residence or directly from retailers in their local areas and other parts of the city.
Residents are advised to not order directly from the delivery staff of retailers. They should order food and essential goods via hotline/zalo/facebook of supermarkets, convenience stores and other food suppliers. They should pay their bills online, and restrictions on cash payments are introduced to reduce their risk of catching coronavirus.
