Da Nang locations with high exposure to COVID-19 patients confirmed on Aug. 27
The Da Nang Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control has released a list of epidemiological locations linked to community-acquired coronavirus patients confirmed in the city on August 27.
Of special note, a 29-year-old patient, residing in Hoa Cuong Bac Ward, Hai Chau District,was detected via the ‘one door –one test’ campaign. At about 8:00am on August 15, she went to the Lien grocery store at 223 Nui Thanh.
Another case is a 25-year-old male driver, a native of the central coastal province of Binh Dinh. He tested positive for the coronavirus via a rapid antigen test at a checkpoint while passing through the checkpoint at the Hoa Nhon gateway.
Notably, earlier, on August 26, Da Nang also discovered a case on a male truck driver infected with the highly contagious disease while he was driving across the Da Nang land.
It is highly recommended that anyone who visited at the above-mentioned locations at specific times should monitor their health and contact the nearest medical facility for advice and requirements.
