63 more patients on Tuesday were discharged from Da Nang’s hospitals following full recovery from COVID-19

With this, the number of COVID-19 recoveries in Da Nang has hit 1.936 since August 25.

One patient died of COVID-19 complications on September 11, bringing the total death toll in Da Nang to 59 since the beginning of 2021.

Currently, 1,119 infected patients are being treated at the field hospital, 67 patients are under treatment at the Hoa Vang District Medical Centre, and 59 others are receiving treatment at the Lung Hospital.

Overall, 1,245 people, including 44 requiring critical care, are being treated for the coronavirus in Da Nang’s hospitals, of whom, 98 tested negative for the virus once while tests on 71 others came back negative twice.

At present, there are 837 people who are being placed under quarantine in 30 designated facilities across the city. A total of 57 locations across Da Nang have been classified as red zones.

To date, a total of 543,956 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been distributed in Da Nang. So far, 358,952 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered in Da Nang, of which, 287,157 people received the first dose while 71,795 others got their second shot.
