94 more patients in Da Nang discharged to home following COVID-19 recovery
94 more people were released from the field hospital in the west of the city, the Da Nang Lung Hospital and the Hoa Vang District Medical Centre on Thursday, September 16, after being treated for COVID-19.
With this, the number of patients that have been discharged from Da Nang hospitals after recovering from coronavirus has hit 2,105 since August 25.
Currently, 979 infected patients are being treated at the field hospital, 50 patients are under treatment at the Hoa Vang District Medical Centre, and 61 others are receiving treatment at the Lung Hospital.
Overall, 1,090 people, including 46 requiring critical care, are being treated for the coronavirus in Da Nang’s hospitals, of whom, 174 tested negative for the virus once while tests on 92 others came back negative twice.
At present, there are 845 people who are being placed under quarantine in 24 designated facilities across the city. A total of 58 locations across Da Nang have been classified as red zones.
To date, a total of 543,956 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been distributed in Da Nang. So far, 400,297 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered in Da Nang, of which, 325,997 people received the first dose while 74,300 others got their second shot.
