A Da Nang business faces a VND 15 million fine for noncompliance with mandatory COVID-19 testing requirement
A company operating in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park in Da Nang faces a VND 15 million fine for failing to comply with mandatory COVID-19 testing requirement, in which, tests are required to offer to employees every 3 days.

Lien Chieu District People's Committee Chairman Nguyen Dang Huy on Friday afternoon announced that local authorities have issued a decision on imposing a fine of VND 15 million on the Men Hoa Trading Co., Ltd located on Road 3, Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, Hoa Khanh Bac Ward, Lien Chieu District.
This company carries this fine under Clause 02, Article 14 as stipulated in Viet Nam’s national government- issued Decree No. 117/2020/ND-CP prescribing penalties for administrative violations in the health sector.
