Following fresh instructions by the Da Nang administration, beaches were allowed to reopen to the public with some restrictions from Thursday morning, September 30. Swimming is permitted at beaches from 4.30 am to not later than 6:30am. This early morning saw visitors and local residents flock to beaches for swimming, relaxing and enjoying fresh air.

As observed by the DA NANG Newspaper reporters on Thursday morning, all of the beach-goers strictly complied with mandatory safety measures against the deadly virus, including wearing face masks before and after swimming, only taking off masks whilst swimming, keeping a safe distance from others, avoiding spending time in crowded places or in groups during their strolls and physical activities on beaches. They didnot gather in large numbers for fun and snacks.
