Da Nang records only one coronavirus case in managed isolation on Sept.29
Da Nang recorded only one new case of COVID-19 today, September 29, which was found in a designated quarantine facility, the Da Nang Steering Board for COVID-19 Prevention and Control freshly confirmed. The city has, therefore, seen no new community transmission case for 3 consecutive days.
The aforementioned case was linked to a previously-confirmed COVID-19- infected worker in the Lien Chieu District-based Hoa Khanh Industrial Park.
This chain of infection has recorded 15 cases so far, and it has been brought under control.
Till date, 51 out of the total 56 communes and wards citywide have been labelled as ‘green zones’ where neither community-acquired cases nor locked-down sites have been logged over the past 14 days as follow:
Hoa Vang District: the communes of Hoa Bac, Hoa Khuong, Hoa Tien, Hoa Phu, Hoa Lien, Hoa Nhon, Hoa Phong, Hoa Phuoc, Hoa Ninh and Hoa Chau.
Son Tra District: the wards of An Hai Bac, Man Thai, An Hai Tay, Phuoc My, Nai Hien Dong, Tho Quang, and An Hai Dong.
Ngu Hanh Son District: the wards of Hoa Quy, Hoa Hai, My An and Khue My.
Hai Chau District: the wards of Phuoc Ninh, Nam Duong, Hai Chau 1, Hoa Cuong Nam, Binh Hien, Hoa Thuan Dong, Hoa Thuan Tay, Hoa Cuong Bac, Thach Thang, Hai Chau 2, and Thanh Binh.
Thanh Khe District: the wards of Hoa Khe, Thanh Khe Dong, Thac Gian, Chinh Gian, Xuan Ha, An Khe, Thanh Khe Tay, Tan Chinh, Vinh Trung and Tam Thuan.
Cam Le District: the wards of Khue Trung, Hoa Tho Tay, Hoa Phat, Hoa Tho Dong, Hoa Xuan and Hoa An.
Lien Chieu District: the wards of Hoa Minh, Hoa Hiep Nam and Hoa Hiep Bac.
Since July 10, Da Nang’s COVID-19 infection tally has increased to 4,664.
