Da Nang's overall tally of COVID-19 patients who beat the disease has reached 1,683 since August 25 as 99 new recoveries were recorded on Friday, September 10.

Three patients died of COVID-19 complications on September 10, bringing the total death toll in Da Nang to 53 since the beginning of 2021.

Currently, 1,295 infected patients are being treated at the field hospital, 92 patients are under treatment at the Hoa Vang District Medical Centre, and 65 others are receiving treatment at the Lung Hospital.

Overall, 1, 452 people, including 53 requiring critical care, are being treated for the coronavirus in Da Nang’s hospitals, of whom, 231 tested negative for the virus once while tests on 90 others came back negative twice.

Between 1:00 p.m. on October 9 to 1:00 p.m. on September 10, 21,469  doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered in Da Nang, bringing the total number of doses administered citywide till date to 318,005, of which, 260,730 people received the first dose while 57,275 others got their second shot.
