Da Nang's overall tally of COVID-19 patients who beat the disease has reached 1,873 since August 25 as 68 new recoveries were recorded on Monday, September 13.

Two patients died of COVID-19 complications on September 13, bringing the total death toll in Da Nang to 58 since the beginning of 2021.

Currently, 1,175 infected patients are being treated at the field hospital, 67 patients are under treatment at the Hoa Vang District Medical Centre, and 56 others are receiving treatment at the Lung Hospital.

Overall, 1,298 people, including 48 requiring critical care, are being treated for the coronavirus in Da Nang’s hospitals, of whom, 99 tested negative for the virus once while tests on 68 others came back negative twice.

At present, there are 887 people who are being placed under quarantine in 32 designated facilities across the city. A total of 70 locations across Da Nang have been classified as red zones.

To date, a total of 543,956 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been distributed in Da Nang. 4,100 doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered in Da Nang on Monday, September 13,, bringing the total number of doses administered citywide till date to 343,353, of which, 281,607 people received the first dose while 61,746 others got their second shot.
