Experts-recommended food needs to be consumed after vaccination against COVID-19

Below are types of food that need to be supplemented:
Water: After being vaccinated against COVID-19, there are often signs of fever and pain, so it is even more important to replenish water for the body. You should eat drink slowly and divide the amount you need to intake.
Lemon, orange juice and grapefruit juice, which provides more vitamins C and A, is highly recommended.
Fish: Fish is rich in nutrients, containing many essential vitamins and minerals for the body such as vitamins A and D, magnesium and zinc. In particular, some types of fish contain large amounts of omega-3, including salmon, mackerel and sardines, showing anti-inflammatory effects and strengthening the immune system.
It is a need to supplement types of food rich in vitamins A, C, E and D, and zinc.
Of special note, you should eat soft, easy-to-digest food such as chicken soup and minced green bean rice porridge, as well as rink lots of water, fruit juices and reduce food portions.
Food need to be avoided consuming
Alcohol, food high in saturated fat such as fast, fried and grilled food with a lot of fat such as fried chicken, sausages and french fries.
