Police and military personnel have been deployed to residential areas across Da Nang to help locals prepare their homes for the approaching storm with proper precautions against COVID-19 in place. The border guards are working with relevant units to provide guidance and arrangements for fishermen to anchor their boat in the Tho Quang fishing wharf.
The High Command of the Naval Zone 3 has taken proactive action to make task forces and means available and ready for rescue at sea. In addition, mobile taskforces have been set up to provide timely help for those who need it when the storm makes landfall.
