In line with the Da Nang government’s guidance, competent agencies are exerting great efforts to issue QR Code travel permits to eligible organizations and individuals. However, travel permit applications are thoroughly checked by competent agencies in order to make sure that permits are issued to eligible people, and no one is allowed to go out for non-essential activities.

Our observation in some wards and communes across the city shows that the issuance of QR Code travel permits is carried out in a professional and effective manner.

In an attempt to enforce social distancing order and restrict people's movement amid the complex developments of COVID-19, heads of residential groups are asking people in their local areas to submit their travel permit applications to them, and then send these documents to competent agencies for approval and issuance of QR Code permits.
