Da Nang detects 2 new COVID-19 community infections

Da Nang has just detected 2 positive cases of COVID-19 in the community, the municipal Health Department confirmed on Wednesday morning.

Both of them served as w working at waitresses at the Le Gia 2 Restaurant, Lot A5 Pham Van Dong, Phuoc My Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang.

One is a dweller in Son Tra District whilst the other hails from Dien Ban Town, Quang Nam Province, with her temporary residence in the district.

The duo tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 at the Da Nang-based Hospital 199 under the Ministry of Public Security.

They have till date received the first doses of COVID-19 vaccines.

The Da Nang Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control has released a list of epidemiological locations linked to the above-mentioned community -acquired coronavirus patients as follow.

8:30am - 11:30am on October 29, 30, and 31, and 8:30am - 5:30pm on November 1 and 2: Serving the Le Gia 2 Restaurant, Lot A5 Pham Van Dong, Son Tra District.

5:00pm - 5:30pm on November 1: Milk tea shop on Le Tan Trung Street, Son Tra District, (unknown exact address)

8:00am on November 2: ‘Banh cuon’ (steamed rolled rice pancakes) shop on Nguyen Cong Tru Street, Son Tra District

8:00am – 11:00 am and 4:00pm to 9:00pm on October 30; 4:00pm to 11:00pm on October 31; 8:00am –

1:00pm and 3:30pm - 11:00pm on November 1; 10:30am - 1:00pm and from 4:00pm to 5:30pm on November 2: working at the Le Gia 2 Restaurant,

Around 11:00pm on October 31: Ms Loan's ‘ nem lụi’ (grilled meat roll) shop at 831 Ngo Quyen, Son Tra District

Around 2:00pm on November 1: Vietbank on Ngo Quyen Street (being present here for about 20 minutes)

Around 2:30pm on November 1: mobile phone packaging service shop at the Bac My An Market (entering the market’s back gate, near a shoe shop)

After 11:00pm on November 1: Muc Dong pub at 35 Phan Tu, My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District

Around 8:30am on November 2: a vermicelli noodle shop at the intersection of Nguyen Cong Tru, Son Tra District

8:30am - 9:30am on November 2: a sidewalk coffee shop on Ong Ich Khiem Street

9:30am on November 2: having hair washed a hair salon near the hairdressers’ shop on Ong Ich Khiem Street
