On November 8, police in Da Nang’s Hai Chau District said it had imposed administrative fines of VND26 million in total on two Facebook page administrators for uncensored posts on their pages.

Specifically, a ‘Nguyen Nhan’ Facebook account was fined VND12.5 million for insulting the city’s police force when thinking that police officers parked a car in front of his shop.

Besides, an administrative fine of VND 13.5 million was imposed on the ‘Nhat Truong’ Facebook account for wearing a police uniform for the purpose of taking photos and posting them on social networks.
