If you live in an area at COVID-19 alert level 3 and want to move out of this area but your vaccination record has not yet updated on the National Immunisation Management System to reflect your immunisation  on the National Immunisation Management System despite being fully vaccinated.

Here is what you should know.

The E-health app for phones using Android and iOS can be downloaded at https://hssk.kcb.vn/#/sskdt. To use the app, users must register with a phone number. After verifying your information, you will receive instructions for registering for their vaccination or updating your vaccination status.

Each user will have a black and white QR code on their e-health record app. When people have received the first vaccine jab, the QR code colour will turn yellow. When the second jab has been received, the colour will turn green.

The QR code will replace paper vaccine certificates that people were granted earlier. The system is currently updating the data of those who have already been vaccinated so it may take a while for those who have previously been vaccinated to receive their online certificates.

The online vaccination database consists of the number of shots and the type of vaccine that people have received. They can also use the QR code on the app to prove their vaccination status when travelling within Viet Nam and passing through COVID-19 checkpoints.

However, if your vaccination record has not yet updated on the National Immunisation Management System to reflect your immunisation despite being fully vaccinated, you should contact with head of your residential group to report about your problem. He will help you create a list of all people who are under the same situation in your residential area to submit it to the ward authorities. You will provided with a proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to help you pass through COVID-19 checkpoints when leaving your living area at alert level 3.

Certificates confirming full vaccination or recovery from COVID-19 within the previous six months are compulsory for entry into or leaving An Hai Bac and Nai Hien Dong wards that have moved into level 3 of the city’s four-tier coronavirus alert system.
