The Da Nang police have caught red handed the 108 Ha Noi beauty salon facility located on Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Thac Gian Ward, Thanh Khe District, performing cosmetic surgery for four customers without licence/

In detail, one customer had undergone rhinoplasty, an operation to change the shape of the nose, another one was receiving eyelid surgery and the others were about to undergo cosmetic surgery.

According to its manager, the beauty salon facility’s has been operating since 2018 with its business registration in offering spa and skin care services only.

Although the salon did not have a licence to operate as a cosmetic surgery clinic, it still offered medical consultation services and performed cosmetic operations.

Besides, through information collection, it was also discovered that the facility did not have functional units collect, transport and treat hazardous medical waste generated from cosmetic surgery activities here. After the surgery was completed, all medical waste was mixed with non-hazardous domestic trash for disposal. 

The police also temporarily seized all documents, laptops, camera recorders, and drugs available at the facility for further investigation.
