According to the Da Nang Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs, a number of businesses operating in the city have already announced the salary levels in 2021, and bonuses for the upcoming New Year and the Lunar New Year holidays 2022.

Specifically, the highest monthly salary is VND169,150,000, whilst the lowest is VND3,920,000.

As for upcoming New Year 2022, the bonuses will be offered at VND500,000 - VND22 million at wholly State-owned businesses, VND100,000 - VND15 million at joint-stock ones with State-owned shares, VND100,000 - VND 11.25 million at private ones, and VND100,000 - VND76.7 million at FDI ones.

Meanwhile, the Lunar New Year (Tet) bonuses for employees working for Da Nang-based companies will range from VND200,000 to over VND1.4 billion.

The highest Tet bonus of VND 1,432,190,000 and the lowest of VND200,000 will be recorded at private businesses.

The maximum Tet bonuses to be paid by FDI ones will be VND150 million/person, whilst the minimum will be VND768,000/person.

With regard to wholly State-owned enterprises, the highest and the lowest of Tet reward will be set at VND50 million/person and VND1.075 million/person respectively.

As for joint-stock firms with State-owned shares, the maximum and minimum Tet bonuses will be VND45 million/person and VND1 million/person.
