A total of 173 affordable housing units for low-income earners at blocks B2 and B3 of the housing scheme located in the Da Nang-based Hoa Khanh Industrial Park will be available for sale.

These units, covering an area of between 63.96m² - 69.96m² each, will be sold at the price of VND 9,417,000 VND/m², including 5% Value Added Tax but excluding 2% maintenance costs.

Workers without having their own houses or residential land lots who are working in Da Nang-based industrial parks are eligible for buy scheme. Additionally, they are required to have either permanent or temporary residence in Da Nang for more than one year.
