190 cases of construction order violations in 2021 detected
According to a recent report released by the Da Nang Department of Construction, through surprise inspections, 190 cases of construction order violations across the city were detected in 2021, a decrease of 160% as compared to 2020.
Specifically, 122 unauthorised and 40 illegal construction projects, plus 28 others committing other violations were reported over the past year. Till date, 95 construction works have been administratively sanctioned.
The violations of construction order are mainly the illegal construction of houses on agricultural land and has been handled and they were required to be dismantled and for the returning of the status quo.
During the past year, there were no accidents at construction sites.
In addition, the Da Nang Department of Construction has received and processed 416 dossiers requesting competent bodies’ official acceptance testing and 57 others asking for the announcement of regulation conformity.
In addition, documents handling the State inspection of the quality of construction materials were released by the municipal Department of Construction.
Also, 306 construction works were allowed to be put into use following the successful official acceptance testing.
Construction permits were granted to 10,454 construction works, of which 10,384 were individual houses.
