Following fresh approval by the Da Nang People's Committee, 32 prioritised projects are calling for non-state investment flows as follows:

In the 2021 - 2025 period, there will be 26 projects available for domestic and foreign investment, namely the Lien Chieu Port, a car garage, the logistics centre of the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park, the logistics centre (the cargo terminal) of the Da Nang International Airport, the system of primary, junior and senior high schools, a senior care centre, the complex of works serving the Da Nang International Fireworks Competition, the Hoa Cam Industrial Park Phase 2, the Hoa Nhon and Hoa Ninh industrial parks, a creative space complex, the complex of a smart urban and a non-tariff zone (under the planning area of the hillside subdivision, the An Don urban area, a  riverside urban area southwest of the Cau Do Water Supply Plant, the Da Nang university urban area in Hoa Quy Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, a warehouse centre, a botanical park, the Ngu Hanh Son cultural and historical park, an extracurricular education zone, the Da Nang Opera House, the Hoa Phuoc wholesale market, a solid waste treatment complex.

In the 2026 - 2030 period, six projects will be carried out, namely the Lien Chieu Port logistics centre, the expansion of the Lien Chieu Port logistics centre, the logistics centre of the Kim Lien cargo station, the conversion of the current Tien Sa Port into a tourist port, the building of a green-covered park based on the ecosystem and biodiversity, and a golf course complex in Hoa Phu and Hoa Phong communes, Hoa Vang District.
