During his meeting with representatives of the Da Nang Department of Police, General To Lam highly hailed this law enforcement agency for having successfully completed its assigned tasks over the past year.

Also, he asked the national security force, and that of Da Nang in particular, to place a focus on continuously cracking down on such crimes as robbery and murder, and ultimately ensuring public security on the occasion of Tet.

In addition, it is a need to promote the reform of administrative procedures and implement the national database on population.

In particular, building the revolutionary, regular, elite and modern People's Public Security Force in the time to come is another must-fulfill task.

On behalf of the city leaders, Da Nang Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang sincerely thanked the Ministry of Public Security for its active support and assistances for Da Nang’s police force in overcoming difficulties and challenges to successfully ensure security throughout the city.

During his visit to the staff of the 199 Hospital under the management of the Ministry of Public Security, General To Lam highly appreciated the great efforts and strong determination made by the hospital in improving professionalism and completing its key tasks.
