1,422 Da Nang people given all-clear from COVID-19 on Feb.13
On Sunday, 1,422 COVID-19 patients in Da Nang were given the all-clear from this highly contagious disease, of whom 1,361 were treated at home and the remaining 61 ones recovered at healthcare facilities.
On the day’s count, 61 patients were discharged from medical facilities following their recovery from COVID-19, including the Da Nang Lung Hospital with 7 recoveries and the Hoa Vang Medical Centre with 12 cases of discharge, the Field Hospital with 36 and the Da Nang Genertal Hospital with 6.
Currently, a total of 983 patients infected with the coronavirus are receiving treatment at the aforementioned medical facilities, of whom 221 are severely ill.
Also on Sunday, the home-based treatment and isolation of 1,361 patients came to an end, namely Hai Chau with 310, Thanh Khe with 147, Son Tra with 222, Lien Chieu with 347, Cam Le with 198 and Hoa Vang with 137.
For the time being, 14,721 patients are under home-based treatment, of which 10,675 are asymptomatic and 4,046 are mild.
Up to now, 37,143 cases have been received home-based isolation and treatment, and 21,915 of them have recovered.
Till date, 2,267,101 shots of vaccines against COVID-19 have been administered across the city. Of the vaccinated people throughout Da Nang, 981,540 have received one vaccine shot, whilst 965,986 have got two and 319,575 have accessed three.
On Sunday, Da Nang confirmed an additional 842 COVID-19 cases, of which 687 were found in the community.
