As reported by the Da Nang Steering Board of COVID-19 Prevention and Control, 7,916 COVID-19 patients across the city were announced recovered from this highly contagious pathogen on Monday. 

Of the recoveries, 7,752 were given the all-clear of the disease after their home-based treatment and the remaining 164 ones were discharged from healthcare facilities citywide.

Meanwhile, 40,620 patients are now under home-based treatment, of which 18,518 are asymptomatic and the remaining 20,897 ones are mild.

Up to now, 160,030 patients have been pronounced negative for COVID-19 after their home-based treatment and isolation.

Till date, 2,582,088 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered in the city.

Of the vaccinated people throughout Da Nang, 983,535 have received one vaccine shot, whilst 969,618 have got two and 628,935 have accessed three.

On Tuesday, Da Nang logged a further 1,227 COVID-19 cases, of which 1,157 were community transmissions.
