Da Nang public advised against rushing into buying agricultural land for tourism services
The Da Nang administration has just given the go-ahead to the piloting of tourism services in combination with agricultural, forestry and aquaculture development in Hoa Vang District.
As per request of municipal People's Committee Vice Chairman Tran Phuoc Son, the local authorities should prevent suspects from taking advantage of this pilot programme to conduct the illegal transfer of agricultural land use rights that goes against the regulations to gain hefty profit.
It is known that Da Nang has only implemented 15 pilot models of exploiting tourism services in combination with agricultural, forestry and aquaculture development.
As prescribed, the participants can only build temporary works and they will not receive compensation for any damage to facilities there when this pilot programme terminates.
Functional local agencies shall widely publicise the aforementioned municipal policy in order to prevent residents and businesses from getting rushed into buying agricultural land to trade in tourism services.
