Da Nang repairs damaged road surfaces of national highway sections
Following recent approval by the Da Nang government, the Traffic Infrastructure Management Centre under the Department of Transport is gearing up the repair of damaged road surfaces of national highways’ sections passing through the city with funds from the municipal budget.

According to the Department of Transport, a total area of damaged road surfaces of national highways 1A and 14B that need repairing is over 34,202 m2.
The repair work is currently underway until the end of April, 2022.
Till date, the repair of over 6,082m2 of road surface of National Highway 1A and road surface and 2,205m2 of National Highway 14B has been completed.
The repair of the above-mentioned deteriorated road sections is to ensure the stability of the road surface to enhance the exploitation capacity, ensure smooth traffic along the two routes, limit traffic accidents, increase the service life of the streets and ensure urban beauty.
