The Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and the Environment has coordinated with the city’s Portal to organise an online dialogue with the theme ‘Da Nang promotes reform of administrative procedures on land, creating momentum for economic growth’.

At the dialogue, representatives of the Department of Natural Resources and the Environment and its affiliated units answered people's questions about administrative procedures related to the field of land registration by submitting questions on the city’s Portal at www.danang.gov.vn and Fanpage, or email address at doithoai@danang.gov.vn or phone number 0236.1022.

It is worth noting that there was a question raised about information about some individuals and organisations looking to buy agricultural land in Hoa Vang District, then, through brokers to illegally re-transfer it into residential land in order to make a profit in the past time.

Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and the Environment Nguyen Quang Vinh said that recently, on social networks, a situation of a number of individual accounts and groups of people spontaneously posted advertising content handling ‘illegal services’ such as granting land use right certificates and converting agricultural into residential land in a bid to make profit.

This move is an illegal act and destabilizes security situation and social order in rural areas, including Hoa Vang District.

Currently, the authority that is in charge of handling the change of land use purpose in Da Nang does not consider resolving any procedures for changing the land use purpose from purely agricultural into residential land because the land use plan in Hoa Vang District by 2030 has yet to be approved by the competent authority.
