The Labour Federation of Hai Chau District, Da Nang recently coordinated with 17 partner units to organise the 2022 Workers' Fair, which aimed to bring benefits to Trade Union members and employees.

At the much-awaited event, 6,200 vouchers worth VND620 million in total were donated to more than 2,000 Trade Union members and workers with difficult circumstances.

The event, that recently took place at the Da Nang Labour Culture House, featured 26 booths  displaying many essential items, medical examination and treatment packages, and health care insurance products and other essential services with a total amount of goods and services valued at a total of more than VND2 billion.

The stalls, in particular, offered a discount 5 - 30% for Trade Union members and workers.

On this occasion, the fair’s organiser partnered with the Y Duc International Hospital to provide free post-COVID-19 examination, testing and screening for 2,000 Trade Union members and employees.

Also, free-of-charge medicine totalling VND500 million, 15 gifts worth VND1 million each were handed out to unfortunate workers suffering from occupational accidents, diseases and unexpected difficulties in life.
