Role of female entrepreneurs promoted in socio-economic progress
The Da Nang Female Entrepreneurs’ Association has held a meeting to review its performance in 2021 and deploy operation directions for 2022.
Despite being adversely affected by the upheavals of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, the association organised many seminars and training courses for its members to help them gain more knowledge and skills to improve their capacity.
In addition, the association promoted its role dubbed as ‘a bridge’ connecting businesses and State agencies, and helping businesspeople to grasp new information and policies,
The Association performed its social work in 2021 with a total amount of nearly VND1 billion.
For the rest of 2022, a number of programmes and the exchanges of women-led businesses-made products will be kicked off, building a network of women-run enterprises and startup projects ready for their more active contributions to the city’s socio-economic development in the 2022 – 2026 period.
Also at the above-mentioned event, 4 units were awarded the Emulation Flags from the municipal People's Committee, namely Thuan Phuoc Seafood and Trading Corporation, the Intimex Da Nang JSC, the Tan Long Packaging Co. Ltd., and the Tien Thang Co. Ltd..
