Over the past months, grassroots trade unions have actively proposed businesses organize thank you activities to recognize their employees' contributions, and coordinated in implementation of the programme or forum "Listen - sympathy - share" so that employees can express their thoughts and aspirations.
The grassroots trade union has also actively negotiated and signed a collective labour agreement including more favourable terms for employees with the businesses.
As shared by Vice Chairman of Thanh Khe District Labour Federation Phan Van Sang, the unit had just organized the 2022 Workers and Official Sports Day with over 500 union members to compete in table tennis, tug of war, bag jumping and arm wrestling.
This is an activity to create more playgrounds for union members and employees to help them have more spirit and motivation to work effectively.
