Addition 10 roads assigned for odd/even parking

The Da Nang People’s Committee has approved the Department of Transport-made proposal for the allocation of ten more local streets where 4-wheeled vehicles will only be allowed to park either on odd dates or even dates. The odd/even parking regulation will mandate between 6:00am and 10:00pm daily.

Specifically, in Cam Le District, odd/even parking ban shall be in place on Le Quang Hoa, Ngo Huy Dien, a section of Cao Son Phao between its intersections with Ton Dan and Nguyen Van Tao, a section of Ton Dan between its intersections with Le Trong Tan and Vu Lang, and a section of Nguyen Van Thong between its intersections with Ton That Duong Ky and Le Quang Hoa.

The other streets will be Me Suot Street and a section of Pham Nhu Xuong between its intersections with Me Suot and Nam Cao, both in Lien Chieu District, as well as on streets of Nguyen Chi Dieu, Ha Thi Than and Nguyen Thong in Son Tra District.

The municipal People's Committee has assigned the Department of Transport to complete the installation of odd/even parking ban signs along the aforementioned streets within a maximum of 45 days from the date of People's Committee’s issuance of unified policy.

The city’s police and relevant agencies will impose administrative fines on violators from the date of the Department of Transport issuing a written notice about the construction completion time.

The municipal Department of Information and Communications will be responsible for promoting the publicity on the new parking restrictions on the mass media from the date of People's Committee’s issuance of unified policy.

The People's Committees of Cam Le, Lien Chieu and Son Tra districts will direct ward-level authorities to widely publicise the new traffic regulations amongst local residents.
