The Mid-Central Region Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting informed on Friday afternoon that parts from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai provinces, including Da Nang, are reeling under heatwave conditions as maximum temperatures are in the bracket of 35-37 degrees Celsius, and the lowest humidity level are between 52% and 60%.

The low pressure from the west had expanded toward southeastern areas and combined with the southwest monsoon cause high temperatures.

Particularly, in Da Nang, the maximum temperature is likely to settle at  34-36 degrees Celsius, whilst the lowest humidity is reported as 54-60%.

Tommorow, June 5, heatwave will continue griping coastal localities from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai with the highest temperature of 35-37 degrees Celsius, and even more than 37 degrees Celsius in some places. The lowest humidity is forecast to be measured at 50-60%.

It is forecast that the hot weather in Mid-Central Viet Nam will last in the next 3-5 days, with the highest temperature of 36-38 degrees Celsius.
