The Da Nang government has approved contractor selection plan in construction of social housing project for people with meritorious services to the revolution on Vu Mong Nguyen street in Khue My Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District at a total cost of VND 223.8 billion.

In 2022, VND 40 billion from the city budget will be allocated to the project. The Da Nang Management Board of Industrial and Civil Engineering Construction and Investment Projects has been assigned as investor and manger of the project by the Da Nang government. Selection of contractor for construction works will be conducted in the fourth quarter of 2022.

The city will open the bidding for the construction of apartment blocks, the development of technical infrastructure and equipment installation for this social housing project at VND 194 billion . Nationwide contractors will be invited to provide offers for this project.
