Following the green light recently given by the Da Nang government, the Da Nang Plastic Factory will be relocated to pave way for the building of schools at 371 Tran Cao Van, Xuan Ha Ward, Thanh Khe District.

Accordingly, the Hai Duong Kindergarten and Le Thi Hong Gam Junior High School will be rebuilt at the above-mentioned site to ensure compliance with the requirements of educational and training development.

As for investment scale, the 4-storey Le Thi Hong Gam Junior School will cover an area of 8,737m² and comprise 3 blocks arranged in a U shape, with a construction area of 1,761 m² and the total internal gross floor area of 7,793m².

The soon-to-be-built 3-storey Hai Duong Kindergarten will be designed with 3 blocks of works arranged in a U shape on a land area of 1,816m² with a construction area 735m² and the total internal gross floor area of 2,429 m².

A sum of more than VND97 billion from the Da Nang budget will be spent on the above-mentioned projects in the implementation duration of 2021 - 2025 period.
