Representatives from over 30 businesses involved in the field of hotels and spa services in Da Nang and Quang Nam Province recently attended the Pegasus International College-organised seminar on developing human resources and promoting connection in the hospitality industry and spa services.

The event featured discussions about cooperation options to develop human resources in the hospitality industry.

To mark the occasion, representatives of the Pegasus International College and participating businesses signed cooperation agreements on training human resources in the hospitality industry.

These enterprises joining the signing ceremony were 4 to 5-star hotels and resorts, such as Sun Group, Mikazuki, Premier Village,Danang Golden Bay, and Almanity Hoi An.

Under the cooperation agreements, the focus will be on developing human resources for hotels, restaurants, and spas; training human resources according to the orders of enterprises; training pedagogical skills for managers and supervisors at hotels and restaurants; and evaluating and ranking the skill levels of the staff of enterprises.
