Between January and June, more than VND6.2 billion was spent on supporting victims of Agent Orange across Da Nang.

During that period, the municipal Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin warmly received 25 organisations and 150 foreigners to visit and support victims of AO, as well as maintained the operation of six volunteer clubs with a total of 175 members.

From now till the end of the year, the Association will promote the mobilisation of resources to maintain its support activities for victims of AO. These activities will include maintaining the operation of semi-boarding care centres, providing means of livelihood, scholarships and wheelchairs, strengthening the development of foreign members, enhancing the efficiency of vocational training projects, and actively preparing for the Association’s upcoming congress.
