The Da Nang Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in collaboration with the representative office of the Viet Nam Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises organised the 2^nd edition of the National Business Connection programme entitled ‘Cooperation and Investment’ in the city on Friday.

Mr. To Hoai Nam, Vice Chairman and General Secretary of the Viet Nam Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, said that the purpose of the programme was to promoting business linkages between small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide for mutual benefits.

Also, the programme provided the opportunity for participating businesses to learn more about issues relating to international integration, market situation, and competitiveness of Vietnamese and foreign enterprises.

During the event, Ms. Huynh Lien Phuong, Director of the municipal Investment Promotion and Support Centre informed the participants about investment opportunities in Da Nang, as well as the city’s advantages in terms of favorable geographical location, developed infrastructure, skilled labour resources, open investment environment and good quality of life.

She added her city was appealing for investment flows into such major projects as the Lien Chieu Port, Hi-Tech Park, Dedicated IT Park and industrial parks.
