The ‘Enjoying Da Nang cuisine and beer space’ festival is taking place from July 3 to 6 at the Bien Dong (East Sea) Park on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Son Tra District, attracting a large number of local residents and visitors.

As part of the ‘Enjoy Da Nang Summer Festival 2022’ programme, the festival runs from 4:00p.m to 10:30p.m daily with many highly exciting activities

A large number of people and tourists enjoy the culinary flavours and shop for Da Nang’s typical souvenir products. A foreign visitor is seen scanning the QR code to receive the gift voucher.

Visitors experience making Tuy Loan village’s traditional edible rice paper

A lot of tourists enjoy spreading the batter onto a cloth that's stretched over a wide pot of boiling water. After the batter has been thinly spread, a bamboo lid covers the rice sheet. A long narrow stick is used to lift and transfer the cooked rice sheet to a cooling "rack". The cooked rice sheets are dried into rice paper.

At the festival, visitors can also experience shopping at 16 display stalls selling Da Nang souvenirs, OCOP products, local specialities and other favourite items.

Visitors are glad to enjoy some famous dishes of Da Nang such as Quang noodles, rice paper, ‘banh beo’ (Vietnamese bloating fern-shaped cake), ‘bun mam’ (rice vermicelli with anchovy fish sauce) and ‘banh bot loc' (tapioca dumplings with prawns and pork in banana leaves)

With a spacious space, this year's festival is held with the desire to diversify tourism products for guests.
